About the role
We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer who’s passionate about building reliable, scalable test automation and ensuring flawless digital experiences for our global clients. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks that support high-quality software delivery. This position goes beyond testing—it’s about shaping quality strategies, collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders, and championing engineering excellence in client-facing engagements. You’ll be part of a collaborative culture that values initiative, technical craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- Collaborate closely with project team members to deliver high quality software, ensuring that end-to-end functionality meets the initial expectations.
- Participate in user story analysis, keep a good level of understanding the functional and non-functional requirements, define acceptance criteria.
- Design, develop and maintain relevant and robust test automation scripts, in order to assure the product's quality over time, via the automated regression.
- Integrate the test automation artifacts within the CI/CD pipeline.
- Investigate automated test failures, report and track defects found, validate fixes.
- Identify and propose best tools and practices, identify areas of growth, come up with improvement suggestions as needed.
- Advanced written and spoken English communication skills
What we're looking for
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in QA Automation
- Expertise in functional and non-functional testing tools and frameworks at all test levels (tooling examples: Junit, Postman, Cucumber, Rest-assured, Selenium, Jmeter)
- Expertise in development languages (examples: Java, Web Services, Json, XML, SQL)
- Broad understanding of non-functional testing and QA – performance, accessibility, etc.
Bonus points for
- Deep experience of Agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc).
- Experience with working in CI/CD environments (Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
- Experience in Performance & Security Testing
