One of our founding values is celebrating the wins, and this year we focused on just that - celebrating together as a team.
Despite the tough economic climate coming out of the pandemic, we have grown from a core team of 100 to over 150 with an additional 50 colleagues from our partners, delivering services across Europe, the Middle East, USA, and soon-to-be Australia; so, we have truly gone global!
We won 3 industry awards for our innovation and growth and prepared to scale by launching our internal leadership training academy, growing our management team by welcoming Andrei Avram, George Crismariuc, and Maria Racuciu, and opening our second office, in Iasi.
The reliability of the services we provide, and the quality of our delivery saw us almost triple our annual revenue from £3.2m to £8.3m, securing new streams of work with our existing clients, whilst winning new ones; with our largest client serviced with 98 of our team members and partners, working across its 5 product streams.
With the ending of the pandemic restrictions, we were allowed back into the offices and were reminded of the energy of being in a room together with a group of colleagues and having the opportunity to share with them and learn from each other. With this in mind, we invested in a summer office in Sicily to allow everyone the opportunity to travel and work together remotely, building bonds and making memories together. We loved hearing the feedback and seeing the team photos together.
We end this year with a profound sense of accomplishment and gratitude for the teams vision, hardwork, dedication and commitment. It truly is a team effort.
