The Role

Join our talented and diverse technical project teams, ensuring optimal functionality for mission-critical applications for global Enterprise-level clients. With projects spanning fintech, media, education, renewable energy, insurance and banking, you can enjoy challenge and variety in equal measure. As a growing business, there’s a wealth of opportunity here to quickly develop your career to the next level. If you’re a team player with a passion for software development and eager to progress, this is an ideal opportunity for both professional and personal development.

What you’ll do

You’ll provide a critical overview of technical projects to ensure effective performance, by collaborating closely with the wider team to deliver high quality software. Your forethought will mean that end-to-end functionality meet initial expectations, by performing user story analysis, keeping a good level of understanding of the functional and non-functional requirements, and defining acceptance criteria. Identifying and proposing best tools, practices, and areas of growth, along with developing improvement suggestions as needed will help assure product quality.

Day-to-day you will:

  • Design, develop and maintain relevant and robust test automation scripts

  • Integrate the test automation artifacts within the CI/CD pipeline

  • Investigate automated test failures, report and track defects found, validating fixes

Already proficient in software development processes and QA methodologies, you’ll bring at least 4 years of proven experience in managing IT projects, plus a BSC in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field. You’ll also have a good understanding of object-oriented concepts.

In terms of technologies, you’ll demonstrate knowledge of:

  • Programming languages such as C#, Java, or JavaScript

  • Automated test development for web-based applications using Selenium or Cypress

  • API automation (RestAssured, RestSharp, Postman, or ReadyAPI)

  • SQL (basic knowledge)

Working in CI/CD environments (Azure DevOps, Jenkins) plus experience in Performance & Security Testing would be an advantage.

A confident communicator, both internally and with clients, along with advanced written and spoken English are a must.

What we’ll do

As a member of our ever-growing team, you'll get the opportunity to work alongside colleagues at all stages of their careers, in all technical disciplines, with a range of technologies, clients and delivery partners. Variety is never in short supply, and we strive to bring you the best opportunities to learn from and showcase your skills.
